Abstract:
A material receiving and transferring device for producing mechanical components, the device comprising: a base (5), a conveying frame (9) and supporting legs (6). The conveying frame (9) is fixedly mounted on one side of the top of the base (5), and conveying belts (801) are rotationally mounted at two ends of the conveying frame (9) by means of conveying wheels (8). Baffles (1001) are fixedly mounted on the front side and the rear side of the top of the conveying frame (9) by means of a fixed column (10), a material guide plate (12) is movably mounted between the conveying frame (9) and the fixed column (10) by means of a lifting door (11), and a servo electric motor (4) is fixedly mounted on the other side of the top of the base (5). A stand column (1) is rotationally mounted to the servo electric motor (4) by means of a turntable (401), a hydraulic push rod (13) is fixedly mounted to the stand column (1) by means of a fixing rod (14), and a transfer hopper (3) is movably mounted to the hydraulic push rod (13) by means of a carrying frame (2). The conveying belts (801) and the transfer hopper (3) are fixedly mounted on two sides of the top of the base (5) of the material receiving and transferring device, such that a material can be received and transported into the transfer hopper (3) by using the conveying belts (801). A telescopic rod is movably mounted between the transfer hopper (3) and the carrying frame (2) of the device, so that a feeding inlet of the transfer hopper can be lifted upwards.
