[Problem] To provide a material supply device which, when removing a material stored in a storage space of a bag body using a drawing part such as a roller, can efficiently remove the material in the storage space and which can suppress reduction of bag body strength due to contact between the drawing part and the spout; and to provide a spout mounted in the bag body. [Solution] This material supply device 100 is provided with: a bag assembly 10 that comprises a bag body 11, which comprises a storage space 12 storing a material, and a spout 20, which has a passage 23 for feeding the material in the storage space to the outside and which can be mounted in the bag body; and a drawing part which draws the bag body toward the spout and causes the material inside the storage space to move toward the spout. The spout is provided with a joining part 25 which contacts the inner surface of the bag body, and a contact part 24 which is provided adjacent to the joining part and which can contact the drawing unit with the bag body interposed therebetween. In a state in which the spout is mounted in the bag body, the outer peripheral edge of the joining part and the outer peripheral edge of the contact part are connected via a straight line or a curved shape when viewed from the thickness direction of the bag body.
