Abstract:
[Problem] To make it possible to obtain an effect for promoting purchase intent without incurring withdrawal of users, even when the number of users currently accessing is high. [Solution] A shop control server 11 according to the present invention: acquires the number of users connected to a plurality of shop servers 13, each of which is configured so as to be capable of executing processing for a user, the users being accommodated in a user queue T2 configured so as to be capable of accommodating one or more users; determines the number of parallel processes of the users accommodated in the user queue T2, on the basis of the acquired number of users; and causes some or all of the plurality of shop servers 13 to execute a process for the users accommodated in the user queue T2, on the basis of the determined number of parallel processes.
