Abstract:
The present invention relates to a matting agent comprising polymer particles, a matting polymer composition comprising same, and a method for preparing same, wherein the polymer particles can be manufactured through a simple process of suspension polymerization and are relatively easy to control in terms of the degree of crosslinking thereof. Furthermore, the preparation of the matting polymer composition through the use of the matting agent comprising polymer particles can lead to the production of a molded product having a nice appearance and an excellent matting effect without the deterioration in mechanical characteristics, such as impact strength and tensile strength, as in existing thermoplastic polymers, and especially, enables the expression of an excellent matting effect even in extrusion processing, which was conventionally difficult to achieve.
