Abstract:
A mattress and a method for manufacturing same. The mattress comprises a first flexible layer (1), a second flexible layer (2), and multiple intermediate pieces (4); the first flexible layer (1) has a first mating end surface (11), and the first mating end surface (11) is configured as a planar structure; the second flexible layer (2) has a second mating end surface (21), and the second mating end surface (21) is configured as a wavy structure; the intermediate pieces (4) are made of a flexible material; the multiple intermediate pieces (4) are arranged between the first mating end surface (11) and the second mating end surface (21), and the two end surfaces of each intermediate piece (4) are respectively fixedly connected to the first mating end surface (11) and the second mating end surface (21); a gap area is formed between the first mating end surface (11) and the second mating end surface (21) by means of the intermediate pieces (4) to improve the resilience of the mattress.The present invention can improve the resilience of the mattress and reduce the amount of adhesive used.
