Abstract:
Provided are a measurable and preferable feature selection method for selecting a measurable feature, a program for selecting a measurable and preferable feature, and a measurable and preferable feature selection device. The measurable and preferable feature selection method comprises: a data set input step for inputting a data set (32); a feature candidate extracting step for extracting a feature candidate (34) from the data set (32); a feature selection candidate extracting step for extracting a feature selection candidate (36); a primer designing step for extracting a feature for which a primer has been successfully designed, as a measurable and preferable feature (38); and a primer designing result notification step for feeding back a successful or unsuccessful result of designing a primer in the primer designing step to at least one of the feature candidate (34), the feature selection candidate extracting step, and the primer designing step. A measurable and preferable feature that enables a primer to be designed from a feature candidate and that predicts or determines a property of a sample is selected.
