Abstract:
A measurement apparatus (101) divides the total amount of data (D), which have arrived between two arbitrary response messages (121-i, 121-k) corresponding to transmitted data (111), by the difference between the pieces of transmission time information (T21-i, T21-k) thereof, thereby calculating a rate based on the time reference of a second communication apparatus (120) for the two arbitrary response messages (121-i, 121-k) corresponding to the transmitted data (111). The measurement apparatus (101) also calculates a time scale factor between a first communication apparatus (110) and the second communication apparatus (120). Moreover, the measurement apparatus (101) multiplies the calculated rate by the calculated time scale factor, thereby calculating an arrival rate of transmitted data (111) based on the time reference of the first communication apparatus (110).
