Abstract:
A measurement device (300) locally measures current at a particular position of a sample (115) by using the NMR method. The measurement device includes: a magnet (113) which applies an electrostatic field to the sample (115); a small-size RF coil (114) smaller than the sample (115), which coil applies an oscillation magnetic field for excitation to the sample (115) and acquires an NMR signal generated at a particular position of the sample (115); and a current calculation unit (303) which calculates a difference between the frequency of the NMR signal acquired by the small-size RF coil (114) and the frequency of the excitation oscillation magnetic field and calculates the current at the particular position of the sample (115) from the difference.
