Provided is an innovative measurement solution service. At least one of a plurality of measurement sources include a measured data input device for displaying a screen for inputting an actual measured value by a measuring instrument in a stand-alone state as measured data. The screen of the measured data input device includes a reference value display part for displaying a predetermined reference value, a measured data display part for displaying at least the least significant digit position in a blank state as a candidate for the actual measured value, and a numeric value selection part for displaying so that it possible to designate selection of a numeric value, from a displayed array of numeric values, that corresponds at least to the least significant digit out of a difference between the reference value and the actual measured value. The measured data input device displays a numeric value that conforms to the numeric value corresponding at least to the least significant digit designated in the numeric value selection part of the screen and the reference value that are added together at the blank digit position in the measured data display part, and transmits all digits of the actual measured value being displayed in the measured data display part as measured data in a different format to an IoT relay device when confirmation by a measurement operator is indicated.
