Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a measuring and distributing device which has a simple configuration and which makes it possible to accurately and reliably measure and distribute a powder and granular material in a desired quantity. [Solution] In the present invention, a measuring and distributing device for measuring and distributing a predetermined quantity of a powder and granular material (P), and is provided with: a filling nozzle (1) for supplying the powder and granular material (P); measuring cups (3A, 3B) that are disposed as a pair across a partition member (2), each cup, in concert with the partition member (2), creating a capacity that corresponds to the quantity of the powder and granular material (P) to be distributed, accommodating the powder and granular material (P) that has been supplied from the filling nozzle (1), and opening and closing so as to discharge the accommodated powder and granular material (P); an opening and closing mechanism (4) for opening and closing the measuring cups (3A, 3B) relative to the partition member (2); and a filling nozzle movement mechanism (5) for moving the filling nozzle (1) in the horizontal direction toward the partition member (2) over the measuring cups (3A, 3B) and leveling off the powder and granular material (P) having been supplied into the measuring cups (3A, 3B) so as to eliminate an excess (Pa).
