Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/079785
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To automatically distinguish meat quality with high accuracy and with less reliance on labor. [Solution] A meat quality distinction program for distinguishing meat quality, wherein the program is characterized by causing a computer to execute an information acquisition step for acquiring image information related to the external appearance of meat quality to be distinguished, and a distinction step for using three-stage or higher relatedness between meat quality and reference image information related to the external appearance of meat quality acquired in the past to distinguish meat quality on the basis of reference image information that corresponds to the image information acquired in the information acquisition step.
