Abstract:
A meat separator that abuts the outer circumferential surface of the bone part (b) of a bone-in meat, which is relatively moving, so as to strip off the meat part (m) attached to the bone part (b). The meat separator is provided with a plurality of clamp blocks. Each of the clamp blocks has abutting parts for shaving (15At, 15Bt) that abut the outer circumferential surface of the bone part (b), and these abutting parts for shaving (15At, 15Bt) cooperate each other to clamp the outer circumferential surface of the bone part (b). In at least one clamp block, at least a part of the abutting parts for shaving is made displaceable in multiple directions along the outer circumferential shape of the bone part (b), and an energization function part, which elastically pushes back the displacement in the direction away from the bone part, is provided therein.
