Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a mechanical automatic refrigeration and heat dissipation electric motor, which structurally comprises a base, a connecting body, a rotating body, an air suction block and a fixing plate, wherein the top face of the base is connected to an outer ring of the connecting body in a welded manner; and the right side of the fixing plate is fixedly connected to the left side of the connecting body. According to the present invention, the connecting body fixes a rotary shaft and monitors the rotation speed thereof, while mechanical automatic refrigeration and heat dissipation are carried out by means of the air suction block which is arranged at the top end of the connecting body, such that when the electric motor is used in a place with a high degree of floating dust and a high temperature, once clearances between the rotary shaft and other parts that are caused by dust or thermal expansion are reduced, the situation is quickly sensed by means of an internal pressure ball, oil is then hydraulically pressed into a smearing shaft at the front end of a smearing block, and a top wheel in the smearing shaft and an oil smearing block cooperate with each other to simultaneously carry out lubrication oil smearing and cooling and dust scraping, such that the problem of a friction force between the rotary shaft and surrounding parts increasing due to the expansion of the rotary shaft caused by dust and thermal expansion is effectively prevented, thereby ensuring the normal service life of the electric motor.
