Abstract:
A mechanical automation-based automatic granular material discharging device and a discharging method. The device comprises a material guiding mechanism (1), a material screening mechanism (2), and a supporting mechanism (3); the supporting mechanism comprises a supporting disc (31) and a driving motor (34); the material screening mechanism comprises several screening drums (24), the several screening drums are successively stacked in a vertical direction, the diameters of the several screening drums are sequentially increased by 100 mm from top to bottom, and a material carrying disc (25) is provided at the bottom end of an inner cavity of each screening drum; the material guiding mechanism comprises several material guiding drums (11) and several material guiding pipes (12), the several material guiding drums are successively stacked in a vertical direction, the diameters of the several material guiding drums are sequentially increased by 100 mm from top to bottom, and every two adjacent material guiding drums are rotatably connected to each other. By means of the device, granular materials can be screened automatically and conveniently, the granular materials in different granular sizes can be screened in a classified mode, moreover, automatic discharging operation can be implemented, and is simple and rapid.
