Abstract:
Disclosed is a mechanical packaging press device, comprising a bottom plate (1), wherein one side of the top of the bottom plate (1) is fixedly connected to a standing plate (2); the other side of the top of the bottom plate (1) is fixedly connected to a shell (3); the tops of the standing plate (2) and the shell (3) are both fixedly connected to a top plate (4); the bottom of the inner wall of the shell (3) is fixedly connected to an electric motor (5); a rotating shaft of the electric motor (5) is fixedly connected to a connecting rod (6) via a coupling; one end, away from the electric motor (5), of the connecting rod (6) is fixedly connected to a worm (7); and one side of the worm (7) is engaged with a gear (8) adapted thereto. The mechanical packaging press device solves the current problem of a press mechanism having a complicated structure and being inconvenient to operate, changes a current state of the existing press mechanism whereby pressing is generally performed by transversely moving a product, avoids damage to a product shell, improves working efficiency and saves costs.
