Abstract:
The present invention relates to a mechanical seal of a keg for a raw rice wine refrigerating device, wherein the same has an improved structure by employing a leaf spring instead of a compression spring, thereby reinforcing the sealing power and further facilitating washing. More particularly, the present invention relates to a mechanical seal of a keg for a raw rice wine refrigerating device, which is coupled to a rotating shaft of a stirring device and stirs raw rice wine by means of rotation. The mechanical seal comprises: a stator fixed to a cover of the keg, a fixed contact portion being coupled to the stator; a rotor having a rotating contact portion configured to rotate while making a surface contact with the fixed contact portion; a stopper coupled so as to maintain an interval from the rotor; and an elastic member coupled between the rotor and the stopper. The mechanical seal is characterized in that the elastic member comprises a cylindrical or conical leaf spring such that remnants of raw rice wine can be prevented from flowing inward. Therefore, the present invention is advantageous in that the coupling part of the elastic member is tightly sealed by a tight-contact ring and a tight-contact portion, and the interior is completely enclosed by the leaf spring structure of the elastic member, which has a cylindrical or conical shape, such that not only remnants of raw rice wine are fundamentally prevented from flowing inward, but washing is also facilitated, thereby enhancing convenience. The present invention is also advantageous in that the simple structure of the elastic member not only further facilitates the manufacturing process, but also further facilitates assembly of the mechanical seal.
