Abstract:
A pulverizing pair for a mechanical shock-type ultrafine pulverizer comprises: gear rings (2), mounted on a side wall (1) of a housing of the pulverizer; a plurality of pulverizing plates (3), the centers of which are fixed on a rotating shaft (5) of the pulverizer; and more than two sets of hammer head groups (4), fixedly mounted on the circumferences of the pulverizing plates and corresponding to gear rings on the sidewall of the housing. The hammer head groups are disposed in layers vertically, each hammer group is provided with a plurality of hammer heads, and distances from the edges of the hammer heads in a same group to the center of each pulverizing plate are greater than the radius of the pulverizing plate. A gap is formed between a gear ring and a corresponding hammer head group, a gap between a gear ring and a hammer head group (41) on an upper layer is greater than or equal to a gap between the gear ring and a hammer group (42) on a lower layer, and a gap between a gear ring and a hammer head group on an uppermost-layer is greater than a gap between the gear ring and a hammer group on a lowermost layer. The mechanical shock-type ultrafine pulverizer provided with the pulverizing pair has a high pulverization efficiency, and a smaller particle size of powder can be obtained.
