Abstract:
A mechanism assembly of a pluggable circuit breaker, which is characterized in that the mechanism assembly (3) comprises an operating member (3a), wherein the operating member (3a) is connected to a contact supporting member (3c) by means of a connecting rod (3b); the operating member (3a) can rotate in a housing (1); in the process of rotating in the housing (1), the operating member (3a) can drive, by means of the connecting rod (3b), a moving contact (202) on the contact supporting member (3c) to be in contact with or separated from a corresponding static contact (201), to realize the on and off of a pluggable circuit breaker; and the contact supporting member (3c) is provided with a tripping execution mechanism (3f). A mechanism module of an existing plug-in miniature circuit breaker is redesigned, and by means of improvement in the structure of each of the connecting rod, a fixing catch, a jumping catch and a lock catch, the performance requirements of the plug-in miniature circuit breaker are met, the number of parts is reduced, and the difficulty of product assembly is also reduced, thereby reducing product costs and improving the reliability of product assembly.
