Abstract:
The present application provides a media resource playback method, a related device and a system, belonging to the field of communication technology. According to the technical solution provided in the present application, upon detecting that a calling terminal initiates a call, the calling terminal acquires, by means of a target application client, address information of a first media resource from a first media server, and then plays back, after receiving a ringing message, the first media resource on the basis of the address information. In the described process, the acquisition and playback of a media resource can be realized by means of interaction between the target application client and the first media server, and a call flow in a CT domain is not affected, thereby avoiding the problem, which may be caused in an interaction process, that a call cannot be connected, simplifying the flow of playback of a media resource, and improving the communication efficiency.
