Abstract:
A medical apparatus comprising an elastic valve-type stopper seated within the neck of a container which contains liquid drug and a needle pierced through said stopper. The stopper having a guide notch on the upper end. An elastic valve is setted from the bottom of the notch to the lower surface of the stopper along the axial direction. The valve being normally closed by elastic force opened by a force applied thereof. The guide notch is clogged with an elastic plug. Said needle comprises a solid piercing top end which shaped like the guide notch and a body having a liquid passage therethrough, and a radial pore is on the sidewall of the body near the piercing top end. The pore is in liquid communication with the passage of the body.
