Abstract:
Provided is a medical assistance system provided with: a deriving device for deriving an evaluation value for an affected site on the basis of an affected site image obtained by imaging the affected site; and a display device for presenting the evaluation value to a user. The deriving device has: a cutting-out unit for cutting out the affected site image as a plurality of tile-shaped tile images; and an evaluation deriving unit for deriving a tile evaluation value indicating evaluation of the affected site in the plurality of tile images using a determination unit obtained by machine learning.
