A medical catheter (2) and a medical device. The medical catheter (2) comprises a first main body section (201), a first bent section (202) and a first head section (203), wherein the first main body section (201) is provided with a first passage (2011), at least one second passage (205) and at least one third passage (206), the first passage (2011) being used for configuring a medical instrument to pass in and out, the second passage (205) being used for the circulation of a medium or the introduction of a circuit, and the third passage (206) being used for configuring a pull wire. The medical device comprises the medical catheter (2), and an outer tube (3) and a handle which are used in cooperation with the medical catheter (2). By means of increasing the inner diameter of the first passage (2011) and doubling the sectional area of the first passage (2011) without changing the outer diameter of the first main body section (201), a pair of biopsy forceps having an outer diameter of 1.5 mm can be used in the first passage (2011), so as to increase the gripping force of the biopsy forceps, greatly increase the sampling amount, reduce the sampling frequency, and extend the application range of the instrument.
