The present invention relates to a medical electrocautery device and, more specifically, to a medical electrocautery device, which receives a high frequency current applied from a high frequency generator so as to generate high frequency electrical energy to cauterize a body part, and comprises: an electrode part on which an electrode plate coming in contact with the body part is mounted; and a holding part on which a power switch for activating the electrode plate with the high frequency current supplied from the high frequency generator is mounted, wherein the electrode part has at least two electrode plates arranged to face different directions. According to the present invention, since a plurality of electrode plates for cauterizing a body part by coming in contact with the body part is mounted on an electrode part while facing different directions, a problem in which matching with an approach angle of a cauterization part is difficult during a conventional arthroscopy surgery is resolved so that the efficiency of arthroscopy surgery is improved, and thus surgery time can be reduced.
