Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of biomedical materials, and in particular to a medical hydrogel and a preparation method therefor and a use thereof, and a kit for preparing the medical hydrogel. The medical hydrogel of the present invention comprises a hydrogel matrix and a chelating agent chelating with the hydrogel matrix, wherein the hydrogel matrix comprises a polymer having multiple "long arms" and formed by the bonding of a polyethylene glycol derivative I having a structure represented by formula (I) and a polyethylene glycol derivative II having a structure represented by formula (II). After tannic acid and/or citric acid are/is used as a chelating agent to chelate with the hydrogel matrix, a medical hydrogel having good bacteriostatic properties, mechanical properties, adhesion properties, low swelling, and controllable gelation rate and degradation rate can be obtained. In addition, the hydrogel can remain viscous in a wet state without being affected by body fluids, can still ensure effective adhesion and wound surface closure even when a tissue is in a motion or pulsating state, and has great clinical application prospects.
