Abstract:
The present invention generates medical images having a high visibility in fluorescent observation. A medical image generation device (100) according to the present application is provided with an acquisition unit (131), a calculation unit (132), and a generation unit (134). The acquisition unit (131) acquires: a first medical image that is captured with fluorescence having a predetermined wavelength; and a second medical image that is captured with fluorescence having a wavelength different from the predetermined wavelength. The calculation unit (132) calculates degrees of scattering which indicate respective degrees of fluorescence blurring in a biological body that is included in the first medical image and the second medical image acquired by the acquisition unit (131). The generation unit (134) generates an output image on the basis of at least one of the degrees of scattering which are calculated by the calculation unit (132).
