Abstract:
Provided are a medical image processing device, an endoscope system, a medical image processing method, and a program capable of supporting a search using information about an unobserved region of interest. The present invention comprises an image acquisition unit (40) for acquiring an observed image (38), a display signal transmission unit (44) for transmitting a first display signal representing the observed image to a display device (400), a region-of-interest detection unit (50) for detecting a region of interest from the observed image, and an unobserved image storage unit (71) for storing an unobserved image that satisfies a non-observation condition representing non-observation of the region of interest from the observed image in which the region of interest was detected.
