Abstract:
This medical information processing device stores a medical dictionary indicating a list of medical concepts, drug information indicating names of drugs, medical treatment information including medical treatment history, and documents including descriptions about medical concepts which are not included in the medical treatment information, identifies a document including descriptions about a medical concept and a drug among the documents regarding respective combinations between medical concepts not included in the medical treatment information and drugs included in the drug information, generates, for the respective combinations, medial concept lists comprising medical concepts indicated in the medical dictionary and included in the respective identified documents, and determines a first medical concept affecting prescription of the drugs included in the drug information among the medical concepts not included in the medical treatment information, on the basis of the probability at which the respective medical concepts not included in the medical treatment information appear in the context of documents indicated by the medical concept list.
