In the present invention, an imaging device color conversion unit (140) performs, on imaging data (Dx-Dz) created by respective medical imaging devices (30X-30Z), conversion for eliminating differences in color characteristic among the imaging devices to generate standard color image data (Ds). A specific tissue emphasis color conversion unit (160) performs, on the standard color image data (Ds), color conversion for emphasizing a designated specific living organism tissue (a blood vessel, for example) to generate specific tissue-emphasized image data (De). A monitor color conversion unit (170) performs, on the specific tissue-emphasized image data (De), conversion for eliminating differences in color characteristic among monitors to generate display data (Da-Dd). Color monitors (50A-50D) display images on the basis of the display data (Da-Dd).
