Abstract:
The medical system (100) according to the present invention is provided with: two manipulators (1, 2) each having treatment units (12, 13; 22, 23) and an image pickup unit (14; 24); an interface unit (4) that has operating units (41L, 41R) into which operation instructions for the treatment units (12, 13; 22, 23) are entered by an operator, and an operational object selection unit (42) with which an operational object of the operating units (41L, 41R) is alternatively selected from the treatment units (12, 13) and the treatment units (22, 23); a control unit (7) that controls the treatment units (12, 13; 22, 23) according to an operation performed on the interface unit (4); a display unit (6) having a screen (61) for alternatively displaying two images acquired by the image pickup units (14, 24); and a display switching unit (7) that causes an image, captured by the image pickup unit (24) of the same manipulator (2) as the operational object, to be displayed on the screen (61).
