Abstract:
The present disclosure belongs to the field of biomedical materials, and specifically relates to a medical tissue adhesive, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof, and a composition and a kit for preparing the medical tissue adhesive. According to the medical tissue adhesive provided by the present disclosure, a three-dimensional net-shaped gel skeleton structure is formed by means of the mutual crosslinking of a polyethylene glycol derivative I, a polyethylene glycol derivative II and trilysine. Moreover, the gel skeleton has a crosslinked network density and intermolecular interaction that can be improved, and accordingly has an improved structure bonding strength and mechanical strength. In addition, the medical tissue adhesive has the advantages of a reduced swelling rate, a high biocompatibility and biodegradability, can effectively adhere to tissues and seal wounds, reduces compression on tissues such as nerves, realizes wound sealing, tissue repair and blocking of postoperative liquids such as blood and tissue fluid, and has great clinical significance and wide application prospects.
