Abstract:
It is possible: to efficiently control the medical accounting, the medicine ordering, and the medicine and instrument custody; to detect a sign of condition change of a patient and present a treatment suitable for the symptom of the patient; and to extract a medical rule and detect the effect of a medicine, by using a medical total information database including electronic medical record data, medical accounting data, medical measured values, patient daily reports, and a medical information database; and a medical total information apparatus having functions of: by the access right provided to the database and irrespective of whether or not there is user’s intention, at one or more arbitrarily predetermined times together with the standard time, inputting items preset out of characters, a value, an image/video/photo, and a speech, reading data stored in the medial total information database irrespective of whether or not there is user’s intention, analyzing the data, and additionally recording the results in the medical total information database, and selecting and displaying data stored in the medical total information database.
