Abstract:
A medication management system 100 is provided with: a medication device 10 that is provided with a storage unit 11 for storing ID information therein and an ID sending unit 12 for sending the ID information stored in the storage unit 11; a processing device 30 having corresponded information in which the ID information in the medication device 10, information about the formulations of a plurality of drugs to be taken together with a single of the medication device 10 and personal information about a patient who takes the drugs are corresponded to one another; and a detector 20 for detecting the ID information sent from the ID sending unit 12 upon the uptake of the single medication device 10 by the patient and sending the detected ID information to the processing device 30. The processing device 30 receives the ID information sent from the detector 20 and manages the medication on the basis of the received ID information and the corresponded information.
