Abstract:
A medicinal liquid filling system capable of reducing medicinal liquid loss and a filling method thereof. The filling system comprises a pre-weighing station (1), a filling station (2), a post-weighing station (3), and a liquid dividing container (4); the bottom of the liquid dividing container (4) is obliquely arranged and provided with a plurality of liquid outlets along the length direction; a plurality of side-by-side filling needles (5) are provided above the filling station (2); the respective liquid outlets are respectively connected to the respective filling needles (5) by means of pipelines (6); each pipeline (6) is provided with a filling pump (61); at the filling station (2), a weighing apparatus (21) is provided below a filling needle (5) at a lower position; and the filling needle (5) at the lower position is a filling needle (5) connected to a liquid outlet (41) at a lower position. The filling method comprises the steps of: performing pre-weighing on an empty bottle at the pre-weighing station (1); and at the filling station (2), quantitatively filling a medicine bottle via a filling needle (5) having no weighing apparatus (21) therebelow, and supplementing liquid in the medicine bottle, while weighing, via the filling needle (5) having the weighing apparatus (21) therebelow, so that the medicine amount in each medicine bottle reaches the standard. The medicinal liquid filling system and the filling method thereof can reduce the waste of medicinal liquid, improve the production efficiency and reduce costs.
