[Solution] A medicine dispensing device (1) is provided with a first rotating body, a second rotating body, a counter (26), a recovery route (22) having a recovery end part (22A), a dispensing route (21) having a dispensing end part (21A) disposed in a higher position than the recovery end part, and a switching mechanism (25) for switching a medicine passage route between the dispensing route and the recovery route.
