Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a medicine for injection. The packaging of the medicine for injection includes a bottle body, a rubber plug and a bottle cap; the medicine for injection is placed in the bottle body; the rubber plug is a film-coated rubber plug; and the film material of the film-coated rubber plug is an ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer film. The invention further provides a method for preparing the medicine for injection. By using the method of the present invention, the pH value of the medicine can be more stable during the freeze-drying process and long-term storage, and after being freeze-dried, the product is stable in appearance, there are no visible foreign matters, adhesion and shrinking do not occur, the product quality can be effectively controlled, the safety of the medicine for patients can be ensured, the production cost of enterprises can be reduced, and requirements for production and medical treatment are met.
