The present application discloses a medicine storage cabinet, comprising a cabinet body. Placement plates and sliding plates are separately arranged in an upper portion in the cabinet body from top to bottom; a plurality of plate-shaped first storage openings are formed on each placement plate at intervals in a penetrating mode; the front end of the cabinet body passes through the cabinet body to be connected to first medicine taking mechanisms; a first medicine taking opening is formed on a side surface of the cabinet body; a plurality of storage spaces are arranged below each sliding plate; reels are movably connected in the storage spaces; reel tapes are wound on the reels; a plurality of bottle-shaped second storage openings are formed on each reel tape; the front end of the cabinet body is provided with second medicine taking mechanisms; and second medicine taking openings are correspondingly formed below the second medicine taking mechanisms. The present invention can improve a damp-proof effect of the medicine storage cabinet, prevent medicines in the medicine storage cabinet from being polluted, and allow the medicines having different packages to be respectively stored in different places and to be separately taken when being taken, without influencing each other, such that the medicines are not easily disordered.
