Abstract:
Provided is a medium which has flexibility, smoothness and mold releasability and can retain these properties even when the medium is used repeatedly on a production line. The medium according to the present invention is a medium which is delivered from a first roller and of which the direction of movement is changed at a second roller, and is characterized by having a configuration that a glass plate having a thickness of 200 μm or less and a resin film are laminated with an adhesive layer interposed therebetween. The medium can be used as a motion stage for use in the production of a multilayer ceramic capacitor on a production line or a protective sheet for protecting the surface of an article that moves on a production line.
