Abstract:
Melt-blown polypropylene, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof, the raw materials of the polypropylene comprising polypropylene resin, a degradation agent, an antioxidant and a lubricant; the degradation agent is selected as one or a combination of multiple among hydrogen peroxide, sodium percarbonate, ammonium percarbonate and urea peroxide. The melt-blown polypropylene also comprises a nucleating agent selected as one or several among dibenzylidene sorbitol, aryl phosphate ester (salt) and nano scale amorphous silicon dioxide; the degradation agent and the nucleating agent each account for 0.05-0.5% of the mass percentage of the raw materials. The preparation method comprises: premixing the raw materials, stirring, then selectively adding a deodorizer; and melting and granulating by using an extruder to obtain the product. Also disclosed is an application of the described melt-blown polypropylene in manufacturing a melt-blown non-woven fabric, a melt-blown filter element and sound-absorbing cotton. The described melt-blown polypropylene has the advantages of having little odor, high electret charge stability and so on.
