Abstract:
Provided is a melting device that ejects a melting liquid for a substance to the inside of a tank to melt the substance stored in the tank, the melting device being capable of ejecting the melting liquid of a desired amount to the inside of the tank, while reducing the diameter of an ejection pipe that ejects the melting liquid for the substance. A melting device 1 of the present invention is provided with: a suction pipe 2 and an ejection pipe 3 that are attached to a wall T of a tank; and a circulation flow path 4 that is arranged outside the tank T. The inside of the tank T and the inside of one end 4a of the circulation flow path 4 communicate with each other via the inside of the suction pipe 2. The inside of the tank T and the inside of the other end 4b of the circulation flow path 4 communicate with each other via the inside of the ejection pipe 3. At a midway position of the circulation flow path 4, a pump 5 is provided. By driving the pump 5, it is possible to suck a melting liquid Ma for a substance M existing inside the tank T into the suction pipe 2 and eject the sucked melting liquid Ma into the tank T from the inside of the ejection pipe 3 after causing the same to circulate in the circulation flow path 4. The entirety of the inside of the ejection pipe 3 is used as a flow path for the melting liquid Ma.
