Abstract:

A member joining device 1 comprises: a cylindrical unit 20; a shaft unit 30; rubber members 10; and a movement mechanism M. The cylindrical unit 20 includes a fixed cylindrical assembly 21 and flange parts 22a, the position of the flange parts 22a in the direction of a first center axis L1 being fixed with respect to the cylindrical assembly 21. The shaft unit 30 includes a shaft assembly 31 that is inserted into the inside of the cylindrical assembly 21 so as to able to move linearly, and protruding parts 32b the position of each of which in the direction of a second center axis L2 is fixed with respect to the shaft assembly 31. The shaft unit 30 is configured such that the protruding parts 32b are positioned radially outside the cylindrical assembly 21 with respect to the first center axis L1 and the protruding parts 32b face the flange parts 22a in the direction of the center axis L. The rubber members 10 are disposed radially outside the cylindrical assembly 21 between the protruding parts 32b and the flange parts 22a in the direction of the center axis L. The movement mechanism M causes the shaft unit 30 to move in the direction of the center axis L with respect to the cylindrical unit 20.
