Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a membrane filtering material, a preparation method therefor, and the use thereof in the treatment of an aerosol. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing polyvinyl alcohol with water to prepare a PVA aqueous solution; mixing water, tetraethyl silicate, and phosphoric acid and hydrolyzing same to prepare an Si hydrolysate; mixing the Si hydrolysate with an iron salt to prepare an Si/Fe hydrolysate; mixing the PVA aqueous solution and the Si/Fe hydrolysate and aging same to prepare a spinning precursor solution; subjecting the spinning precursor solution to electrostatic spinning to prepare a precursor nanofiber membrane; and drying the precursor nanofiber membrane, and calcining same in a reducing atmosphere to prepare a Fe/Fe2O3/SiO2 hybrid nanofiber membrane. The present invention has a low preparation cost and simple operation; the prepared inorganic nanofiber membrane can be used to efficiently filter an aerosol under high-temperature conditions; and particularly, the filtering efficiency for a polonium aerosol can reach 99%.
