Abstract:
The present invention relates to a membrane treatment apparatus using a pressing force. The apparatus comprises a rack, an immersion tank, and a feeding shaft, a roller shaft, a stepping electric motor and a scraping mechanism, which are mounted on the rack. The rotatable pressure roller shaft presses a membrane down into the immersion tank; the scraping mechanism comprises a first scraping shaft and a second scraping shaft, which are connected to the stepping electric motor; an optocoupler switch is fixed on the rack; and the stepping electric motor automatically finds an initial position by means of the optocoupler switch, and the stepping electric motor automatically adjusts the position and angle of the scraping mechanism according to parameters. In the apparatus of the present invention, a membrane passes between the first scraping shaft and the second scraping shaft, and the first scraping shaft and the second scraping shaft generate a pressing force or a scraping force regarding the membrane abutting against same, so as to remove the redundant part of a chemical reagent solution on the membrane, such that the chemical reagent solution is uniformly distributed on the membrane. The present invention has the advantages of simple operations, a high production efficiency, low costs, a wide application range, etc., and a prepared membrane can be used for manufacturing a test paper, thereby improving the performance of the test paper.
