Abstract:
A memory parameter extraction method, apparatus and device, and a readable storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring an RTL code file instantiated with memory parameters (S101), the memory parameters comprising a memory type, a depth, a bit width, a partial write packet bit width flag, a data redundancy flag, a working frequency, the number of memories of each type, and the size of a physical space in a chip that is occupied by a memory; calling an NPI model to extract the memory parameters from the RTL code file (S102); and generating a report file comprising the memory parameters (S103). By means of the method, apparatus and device, and the readable storage medium, the automatic extraction of memory parameters is realized, an error caused by manual recording can be avoided, the parameter extraction cost is also reduced, and the parameter extraction efficiency is improved, which is more convenient and faster.
