Abstract:
A memory power consumption determination method, a memory power consumption determination apparatus, a computer-readable storage medium, and an electronic device, which relate to the technical field of integrated circuits. The memory power consumption determination method comprises: receiving a memory control command, and according to the memory control command, controlling an analog memory to enter a different working stage (S410); acquiring an original current change curve of the analog memory in the different working stage (S420); determining a target time period corresponding to a target working stage according to the time sequence of the memory control command (S430); according to the target time period, intercepting a stage current change curve corresponding to the target working stage from the original current change curve to obtain a target current change curve (S440); selecting a target performance parameter from a memory performance parameter table according to the target working stage (S450); and determining power consumption of the memory according to the target performance parameter and the target current change curve (S460). The determined power consumption of the memory may be used as the actual power consumption of the memory and used for performance analysis of the memory, and may also provide a basis for system failure analysis.
