Abstract:

The present invention provides an MEMS loudspeaker, comprising: an MEMS sound production unit comprising a substrate having a top surface and a bottom surface opposite to each other; a vibration sounding assembly comprising a diaphragm and a driver, wherein the diaphragm comprises a first diaphragm and a second diaphragm respectively fixed on the top surface and arranged in parallel at an interval, and the first diaphragm, the second diaphragm and the substrate jointly enclose a closed substrate cavity, and the driver comprises a first driver attached to the first diaphragm to drive the first diaphragm to vibrate and produce sound and a second driver attached to the second diaphragm to drive the second diaphragm to vibrate and produce sound; and a sound hole penetrating through the substrate and enabling the substrate cavity to be communicated with the outside. Sound waves generated when the first driver drives the first diaphragm and sound waves generated when the second driver drives the second diaphragm are superposed in the substrate cavity and then transmitted out by means of the sound holes. Compared with the prior art, the MEMS loudspeaker is stable in structure, high in reliability and good in acoustic performance.
