Abstract:
The present disclosure addresses the problem of providing a mental control system, a mental control method, and a program capable of imparting an appropriate stimulus to a subject. A mental control system (1) is provided with an evaluation unit (11), an acquisition unit (12) and a stimulus control unit (13). The evaluation unit (11) evaluates the mental states of a subject on the basis of biological information of the subject. The acquisition unit (12) acquires event information having a causal relation with the subject. The stimulus control unit (13) controls a stimulus unit (3) that imparts a stimulus to the subject. The stimulus control unit (13) causes, on the basis of the mental state evaluated by the evaluation unit (11) and the event information acquired by the acquisition unit (12), the stimulus unit (3) to impart a stimulus to the subject such that the mental state of the subject changes.
