Abstract:
Provided are a meshing clutch mechanism and a two-speed transmission for an electric vehicle, etc., in which torque loss during shifting is minimized and transmission or torque in the opposite direction at low speeds is enabled. The meshing clutch mechanism is characterized by comprising: a rotational solid 101 provided with a first meshing clutch 117 and rotatably supported; a sleeve 121 provided with a second meshing clutch 119 and a first cam, biased so as to release the meshing, and supported on a clutch hub 113; a cam ring 148 that converts rotation-direction movement into axial-direction movement through the cooperation of the first and second cams and locks the meshing; a cam actuator 147; a sun gear 107 that receives rotation input; an internal gear 101 that meshes with the sun gear 107 via a planet pinion 111; a planet carrier 113 provided with a drive pinion 102 for output; a friction clutch mechanism 1004 that adjusts the coupling between the internal gear 101 and the planet carrier 113 through fastening; and a clutch actuator 159 that fastens and adjusts the friction clutch mechanism 1004.
