Abstract:
The present application discloses a message processing method, a device, a terminal, and a storage medium, pertaining to the technical field of terminals. The method comprises: receiving an unread message to be processed; displaying a banner notification, a message alert for the unread message being displayed in the banner notification; upon receiving a specified touch signal corresponding to the banner notification, acquiring fingerprint information corresponding to the specified touch signal; and if the fingerprint information passes fingerprint authentication, displaying message content of the unread message. Embodiments of the present application utilize a screen fingerprint recognition function, and enables, when a terminal receives a specified touch signal corresponding to a banner notification, immediate display of complete message content of an unread message if fingerprint information corresponding to the specified touch signal passes fingerprint authentication, thereby protecting user privacy while simplifying user operations for a message checking process, and improving efficiency of checking a message.
