Abstract:
A meta-imaging-based fundus imaging method and system. The method comprises: using light field imaging in combination with synchronous illumination to perform light field imaging of a fundus; extracting pixels at the same angle from the light field image and merging them into a single-view image, and finally obtaining a plurality of multi-view images with improved spatial sampling rates (S101); calculating an offset matrix for the multi-view images according to a pre-designed calculation strategy, and using the offset matrix to perform digital offset correction on the multi-view images (S102); and stitching and merging the corrected multi-view images to obtain a final imaging result of the fundus to be imaged (S103). Focusing on different areas of the fundus is completed by means of single shoots, and meanwhile, large-view and high-resolution imaging can be maintained, constraints between spatial resolution and angular resolution are removed, and multi-angle sampling is obtained while high spatial resolution is achieved.
