Abstract:
Provided are a metabolic enzyme-induced micro-nano plastic particle biodegradation method and a product analysis method therefor, comprising the following steps: step (1), taking an adequate amount of plastic products and cutting into small pieces; step (2), placing in a ball mill tank and vacuum milling in a ball mill; step (3), weighing a milled plastic sample, dispersing using water, and preparing a dispersion of a certain concentration; step (4), mixing the micro-nano plastic dispersion with a metabolic enzyme solution, placing the mixture in a vortex mixer, and mixing evenly; step (5), placing the mixture in a water bath incubator for incubation. Provided is a method for micro-nano plastics to be induced by a biological metabolic enzyme—glutathione S-transferase in mild conditions into being biodegraded and metabolized.
